Golden yellow in colour. On the nose it is elegant, intense and quite complex. Fruity and floral, herbaceous. On the palate it is fresh with the right flavor. Balanced and intense. The bouquet is reminiscent of orange blossoms, jasmine, yellow peach, pineapple and a hint of candied citrus fruits and notes of dry pastries.
Winemaking : Manual harvesting of the grapes in small boxes. Cold pressing in an inert environment, static decantation of the must with controlled fermentation. Placed in terracotta amphorae for 12 months. Cococciola is a grape that allows you to obtain a wine with structure and longevity. Since the amphora does not release any aroma, it enhances the varietals of the grapes used and allows, thanks to the porosity of the clay, good micro-crossigenation.
